1997 New furnace
1998/1999 Added 1,000 square foot addition to house – 28’x36’ – using INSULSPAN wall panels for exterior walls and separate block wall basement. Drain tile and sump pump provided in new area. This addition has kitchen with open concept to family room, bathroom, master bedroom, bedroom, and laundry room in basement. The basement has egress window and room to finish for family room and additional bedroom. Underground electrical feed and natural gas line added to large garage. Work was permitted by city with inspections. Addition has Marvin windows, Kohler bathtub, and Grohe bath bar. Gas line does run to new kitchen. New shingles added to existing house and garages in 1998 using CertainTeed shingles. Rolled roofing was added to low slope roof – upper and lower areas. Also vinyl siding was installed to entire house – addition and existing home. A separate furnace and air conditioner was provided for addition. Gutters added to addition
1999 Added French drain in front yard and re‐graded yard to improve drainage. Andersen Renewal windows added to existing house – 13 windows.
2003 Commers water softener and reverse osmosis system installed. Permit inspection of installation completed. The reverse osmosis system provides drinking water in kitchen and for the ice maker.
2004 Garden shed added to property. Air exchanger was installed on the furnace in addition.
2009 Stove with glass cook top purchased – this is electric and gas line no longer used.
2010 Roofs replaced with Timberline structural shingles – main house and large garage. Low slope roof area (rolled roofing) and small garage did not get replaced 2011 Upstairs painted 2012 Replaced 16 foot garage door and opener in small garage
2013 Small full bathroom updated ‐ new floor, toilet, vanity, sink, shower valve and tub surround
2014 Replaced personnel door to large garage. 2015 Removed old Masonite siding from East and West side of small garage – LP Smartside siding installed.
2016 Replaced stair treads to second level with wider treads and new risers. New carpet was for loft area and stairway. Carpet squares from Mohawk are available for the bedroom upstairs. New water heater – 50 gallon tank installed October 2016 and new LG washer. New roof installed for small garage and rolled roofing with granular asphalt cover added to low slope roof. Spray foam insulation added to upper level attic area. New “HiMac” Solid Surface countertops were installed in kitchen with integrated sink.
2017 Replaced exterior faucet on east side of house, removed old laundry sink and laundry hook up in original basement. Professional painter painted family room, stairway to basement, and small bedroom in addition.
